Application Package

Team Laguna Long Term Application Package Requirements:

1. Every line is to be filled out for a complete application package
2. A copy of driver's license for each applicant over the age of 18
3. Copy of first page of last three bank statements and a copy of a recent pay stub
4. A check to CIC CREDIT for $20.00 for credit report for each applicant over the age of 18
5. All initial funds are due within 24 hours of acceptance of application. CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER must be used to pay the first month's rent and security deposit. Sorry, NO personal checks will be accepted.
6. If you would like to supply a personal letter to landlord, that is great!
7. Please fax, email or hand deliver this package to your agent.
8. Thank You for taking the time to turn in a perfect package!
