At Team Laguna, our commitment to our owners is the #1 priority. For long term rentals, our screening process includes credit AND background; other required documentation includes paystubs, 3 months’ of bank statements to verify deposits/credits and we also check references with past landlords.
Danielle Purcell, owner/broker, personally approves all tenants. The rule in the office is that all paper work, including applications and leases, are approved by Danielle before being submitted to the owner. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at reading between the lines. Our tenants are the best!
