Donna Lampe, raised in Laguna Beach, began young in her real estate career. At 16, she helped her father show new condos for Mammoth Properties. Donna received her real estate license by the time she was 20. She marketed for developers in Los Angeles and San Diego, specializing in condo conversions. She joined Village Rentals in 1986, and obtained her brokers license in 2000. She joined her good friend Dani Purcell in the real estate business in 2005.
