Vacation Rental Booking Procedures |
- Fill out the mini application. Click Here
- Fax the mini application to Team Laguna (949)497-1063
- Team Laguna will then email you a contract
- Please review contract and sign third page at bottom and fill in any tenant information.
Please be sure to include cell phone for visit. Please write a check to Team Laguna
for 50% of the monies and the other 50% will be due 21 days before move in. I do
suggest you fax agreement and then mail original with check.

- 21 days before move in please make check in the owner’s name in care of the broker
Team Laguna.
- Arrival Time is 3 PM and departure time is 10 AM sharp. No stay over’s or late check
out. Major penalties will be applied.
- Please make sure to do all dishes and do not leave all laundry dirty please help
us get started.
- Your security deposit will be refunded no later than 21 days after departure unless
otherwise stated.
