Holly grew up in Laguna Beach before heading off the University of Colorado at Boulder. She then went on to get her MBA at Chapman University. Holly was the Controller of her family's commercial janitorial company until 2004 when her parents decided to sell the business. She had always had an interest in real estate sales and rentals, so decided to get her license, and has never been happier. Born and raised in New England by a family of real estate developers and builders, Brad was exposed to the real estate industry from an early age. As early as elementary school, "sick" days were often spent on a jobsite in an office trailer with his father, watching projects develop from beginning to end. Never afraid to get his hands dirty, Brad enjoyed summers during high school, college, and law school gaining experience working for a variety of contractors including: landscapers, masons, pre-fabricated steel building constructors and general contractors. Brad graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College in Colchester, VT, where he developed an interest in law, particularly as related to land use and development. Brad went on to earn his JD from Vermont Law School and worked in Boston for an insurance defense law firm. Upon graduating from law school, Brad moved to San Diego pursuing his dream of living and working in Southern California. Working in San Diego, he was responsible for a 600,000 square foot commercial real estate portfolio at Cox Communications, the nation's 3rd largest cable telecommunications provider.
Now living in Corona del Mar, Brad has fully embraced the California lifestyle. Steve Suer was born and raised in Southern California and has resided in Laguna Beach since 1993. Steve has a strong background in construction where he started on the Trans Alaskan Pipeline in 1976. Since then, he has acquired his General Contractors license and owns his own construction company since the year 2000. His company Laguna Construction and Builder is located at 1186 Glenneyre Street right next to Team Laguna.
Within the last 11 years Laguna Construction & Builder has completed more than a 1,000 jobs in Laguna Beach and Orange County. These jobs have been comprised of mainly new residential homes and remodels. Other projects have included government work for the City of Laguna Beach to include the Police Department, multiple Fire Stations, the Chamber of Commerce, city clean-up during the flooding in the winter of 2010, as well as work for the Department of the Navy.
Steve got his real estate license in 2005 and has been a part of Team Laguna for the last six years. He has proven to be a great asset to the community with his combined construction expertise and real estate knowledge.
