FRIDAY, JULY 15TH 2016
All Team members MUST “Sign In” on FRIDAY to validate their entry!
10:00am – 3:00pm: Registration & Skier Sign-in and Skier Gear Safety Inspection: Hotel Maya Luna Solstice Room. Bring your Wetsuit, Helmet, and Ski to sign in!
12:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Mandatory Race Boat Inspections for all competitors: Launch Ramp Area near the hotel. All boatsmust be on the trailer. Call Gary Anderson @ (714)-962-0042 with any questions.
4:30pm: DRIVER / OBSERVER / NAVIGATOR MEETING. ROLL CALL at 4:30pm SHARP! Hotel Maya Salon De Reyes. Photo ID’s REQUIRED for admission. {Only Drivers, Observers & Navigators will be Admitted!} No Alcohol permitted into this meeting. {Do NOT Be Late!!}
SATURDAY, JULY 16TH 2016 { RACE DAY }
7:00am – 8:30am: SKI TEAM PARADE, DRIVERS LICENSE DROP-OFF & U.S. NATIONAL ANTHEM.
All Ski Teams get a good luck send off from those on the shorelines before heading for the race starting point.
- ONLY the entered RACE PARTICIPANTS are ALLOWED in the RACE BOATS! !
- Mandatory License drop-off at the Victory Dock at the HOTEL Maya.
- NO OTHER BOATS ALLOWED WITHIN 50 yards.
