Kate is assistant to Danielle Purcell Kate Keast has worked along side Danielle for over 17 years and is a full time property and office manager. Kate oversees all marketing, operations, and financial activities in the office. She is a great resource for clients and agents as a transaction, training, and career development specialist. As a highly assertive, passionate, and people-oriented individual, she contributes to the overall growth of the office and naturally connects with others. Her strong attention to detail enables our office to deliver superior and seamless service to all of our clients. Kate Keast worked in the travel industry for 25 years, so she has plenty of experience in finding clients that perfect vacation rental. She loves helping people find a special place they can call home. Kate has been Danielle’s “Right Hand Woman” for a number of years. Kate manages the flow of business, answers calls, and schedules appointments. She combines a steadfast focus on Danielle’s growing brokerage with adaptability to changes that come with growth. She knows every position in the business and switches between them with ease. Her contributions provide invaluable support for Danielle in creating and developing Team Laguna. Kate resides in Laguna Beach, where she was born and raised, with her husband Brett and daughters, Alison and Natalie.
