  • Residential management:
  • 2% for rent collection only- we can discuss your needs and work with you
  • 4% for rent collection and tenant communication for repairs
  • 6% for management tenant and house and paying of bills including mortgage and insurance.  Full property management - the best in town!!
  • For units or commercial rate are 6% of gross rents
  • Vacation rentals management is 5%
