Rental Application Package

Team Laguna Long Term Application Package Requirements:

  1. Every line is to be filled out for a complete application package and pet application even if you do not have a pet
  2. A copy of driver’s license for each applicant over the age of 18
  3. PDF Copy of last three bank statements and a copy of a recent pay stub
  4. A credit report for each applicant over the age of 18 - credit history, timely payments and positive landlord reference.
  5. All initial funds are due within 24 hours of acceptance of application. CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER must be used to pay the first month’s rent and security deposit. Sorry, NO personal checks will be accepted.
  6. If you would like to supply a personal letter to landlord, that is great!
  7. Property viewing is required for leases
  8. Income to be 3 times all debt including rent. 4 Months reserves for apartments.  6-12 Months reserves on homes depending on rental rate. 
  9. Please fax, email or hand deliver this package to your agent.
