As a young girl with three paper routes and a well-traveled bicycle, she became as familiar with the streets and neighborhoods of the city as she was friendly with its people. Her abilities to communicate and accommodate grew stronger with every job, from assisting her mother at the Art-A-Fair to helping open three Laguna Beach restaurants by her eighteenth birthday, and her ambitions led her to studying hotel and restaurant management at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.

Dani then returned to her beloved hometown to with an invigorated interest in real estate, and Laguna Beach, it seems, wouldn’t have it any other way. Her extensive knowledge of the local market and well-practiced expertise work in concert with her communication skills, responsiveness, energy and tenacity—and the expert team of associates she has assembled reflect her work ethic. Danielle is a master negotiator. Team Laguna’s total value in transactions has surpassed the one-billion-dollar mark.

Dani holds the record for most real estate transactions closed in Laguna Beach history with over 10,000 transactions closed and with her intuitive knowledge of the area and years of experience, she continues to excel at picking the right property for her client.
