This is where the agents  likes to do “side deals” when selling a home, making them "invisible" to the average home buyer. I personally believe every property should be listed in the MLS and be available to ALL buyers or tenants - not just a select few. Homes that are not in the MLS are invisible to potential buyers. It is my job to get my owners the highest and best price and give all buyers a chance to bid on your home. Who knows - we could create an over bid situation!
