I have explained to many of my buyers and sellers in Laguna Beach that yes I did feel the dip in March of 2013.. The market did go flat again for about a 5 week period. I am happy to say that prices are stablizing . I saw our market crash from 2006 to 2011. The prices started going up in December of 2012 because there was no more inventory in Laguna Beach Real Esate sales. The sellers have been alerted that prices are comparable in certain areas of Laguna Beach to 2006 . This has made the inventory go back up again and that will make the prices stabilize.
